Got a issue with the neighbor?? lets face it , we all need to love our neighbor! Some are more out going then others and some just think everyone is out to get them. No matter if it is a barking dog or a cat that keeps relieving himself in your shrubs , sometimes there can be issues. The best way to handle any issue is to talk to your neighbor first.
Let them know you have an " issue" before you go through all the trouble of wasting a letter head to the homeowners association.
For example: dogs , some bark more then others..... and in the back they seem to echo all the way down the back of the fence line with the tree clearence. Matter of fact I can hear people partying and it sounds like they are next door and they are not. dogs the same. some times even music.
Maybe you have a tree growing over your fence line? A ugly trailer parked in front of your house? Talk to your neighbor first! Thing are easily worked out!
